Rick Ross can legally keep his rap moniker.
Rick Ross has won a lawsuit originally filed by "Freeway" Rick Ross over use of the name.
According to TMZ, an L.A. County Superior Court judge tossed the case, claiming that "Freeway" Rick Ross had no ownership over the moniker.
This isn't the first time that Rick Ross has been in the legal crosshairs for names. Last year, he was sued by a rapper named Teflon Don for naming his 2010 albumTeflon Don.
